Cultivate your curves - they may be dangerous but they won't be avoided

Mae West (1893-1980) is the fabulous xx who is the author of not only the title of this entry but the title of my blog. The more I read about her the more I like her. According to Wikipedia, my favorite google goto, she was a sex symbol, actress and a writer. She also was the female behind the phrase "Is that a pistol in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?". Not bad for 1936. I'm increasingly in awe of notable women from this time. I love to read about females who are brave, especially in their own unique way that involves spunk, art and creativity.
