Rant

There is nothing more irritating than being on hold for more than say... a minute. Oh wait, when you're on hold and they are playing music that is awful.

And you hit the 30 minute mark. &%#$#@!

what's worse is when you're on hold for more than a minute, they're playing terrible music, *and* a recording comes on every 30 seconds -- "thank you for holding..."

*every* time the recording begins, i think it's a customer service representative coming to my rescue.
